Baked sweated fish: dietary recipe
This dish is dietetic, very simple and quick to prepare, anyone can do it at home: wheels sweated in the oven with finely chopped potatoes. It is one of those easy recipes that have an incredible flavor.
Eat more fish, and less chicken/veal is a mantra that everyone should apply (note that I said "less chicken/veal" and did not mention the pork , hehe). I, who get away from sea food, try to apply it as much as possible. It's healthier, more dietary.
Easy sweated fish
Ingredients:
- 2 white fish wheels (hake is ideal)
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 pepper
- A pinch of salt
- A little pepper li>
- Olive oil
Preparation:
Cut potatoes into very thin slices and put them like a bed in the tray you are going to use.
